  1. This is the first recipe I’ve found that seems easy enough and I feel drawn toward trying – but I’m allergic to cauliflower. Any suggestions on what I could do differently?

    1. If you aren’t allergic to dairy, you could definitely use ricotta or cottage cheese in place of the cauliflower. The other substitute I can think of would be a silken tofu. I haven’t tried this with a tofu substitute – if you try it, let me know how it worked!
