  1. Love these posts! I have cut refined sugar from my diet two years ago. Now when I have a taste of it, it tastes horrible! I sweeten my foods with fruit, honey or real maple syrup. Thanks for sharing on healthy living link party!

  2. I love these posts and I need them – I do love most fruits and I forget to buy them at the store – love bananas, oranges, watermelon and grapes and cherries in season – the sweeter the fruit – of course the more I like them! 🙂

  3. Great tips. I don’t eat enough fruit, and really need to cut back on processed food. I’m sure everything would taste much better if I did. I’m doing it slowly, so hopefully some day I’ll cut it out completely.
